1. Who we are

This website is operated by Bitravel Information Systems Ltd. ("Bitravel", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Israel. Bitravel is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@bitravel.com.

2. What we collect

This is a static marketing site — there's no login, account, or general contact form. We collect personal data only in these specific ways:

When you book a call. Booking is handled by our scheduler (Cal.com). You provide your name and email, plus anything you choose to add (such as company or a note), and the meeting is created in our calendar (Google Workspace).
When you email us at info@bitravel.com — your email address and message reach our Google Workspace inbox.
Usage data. Cookieless, aggregate website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): page views, referrer, approximate country-level location, and device/browser type. It sets no cookies and is not used to identify you or build advertising profiles.
Technical request data. Like any website, our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare) processes basic request data such as IP address in order to serve and secure the site.

3. Cookies & tracking

The Bitravel website itself sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking — our analytics is cookieless. If you open the booking page, our scheduler (Cal.com) may set its own cookies under its own policy; see "Third-party links" below.

4. How we use your information & legal basis

To respond to your enquiry, and to schedule and conduct meetings — on the basis of taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.
To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

Where we rely on consent (for example, optional communications), you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers ("processors") that run this site and our scheduling, and only as needed to provide those services:

Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), CDN/security, and cookieless web analytics.
Cal.com, Inc. — meeting scheduling when you book a call.
Google LLC (Google Workspace) — our business email (info@bitravel.com) and the calendar where booked meetings are created.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. International data transfers

We are based in Israel, and our service providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, or elsewhere. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the providers' standard contractual clauses and applicable adequacy decisions) to protect it.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and limiting access to the people and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Data retention

We keep enquiry and contact data only as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, after which we delete or anonymize it. Aggregate analytics data is retained in non-identifying form.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. If you are in California, you may request to know or delete your information and to opt out of "sale" (we do not sell data). To exercise any right, email info@bitravel.com; we may need to verify your identity.

10. Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

11. Third-party links

This site links to third-party services, including our scheduling page (Cal.com) and our agent product at agents.bitravel.com. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

12. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first at info@bitravel.com. EU/EEA and UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data-protection supervisory authority.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected here.
